Previously Published Data

1.) Using the demonstrated strategy of least common multiples, students will solve similar problems, such as, two lights blink every five seconds. The red light blinks every five seconds. The green light blinks every four seconds. If they both blink right now, how long will it be before they blink again at the same time?

Previously Published Data

1.) Students will write their own problem dealing with simultaneous occurrences. The problem will be written on the front of the paper, and the solution will be written on the back. Along with the solution, there will be an explanation of the strategies used. The problems can be exchanged and solved by other students in the class.
