1.3  Use Writing Helps: Masters for the SPJUSD Teacher to teach
appropriate manuscript styles for senior project research paper. 





Previously Published Data

1.) Brainstorm: Have students brainstorm possible topics as their suggestions are written on the board, such as capital punishment, abortion, right to bear arms, save the animals, same sex marriage, sexual harassment, etc.


2.) Topic Sentence: Have students select one topic to use as an example to cluster.
3.) Research: Have students research the selected topic, and use appropriate Internet and library resources. Monitor carefully all Internet resources. A letter to the parent/ guardian may also be necessary in order to avoid inappropriate use of resources.
4.) Manuscript: Have the students write the manuscript, using correct grammar, paragraph and sentence structure, diction, and usage.
