1.) Each student will draw a name, research that person's life and accomplishments, and then prepare a diary containing an account of 6-10 significant events in that person's life and overall contribution to life in Ancient Greece. Taking turns playing the role of interviewer, students will do a stimulated "Barbara Walters" interview of the person they researched by role playing that person. The interviewer should read the diary created by the student who did the research so the questions asked are relevant and pertinent to each famous person.

2.) Make a timeline illustrating the rise of democratic forms of government and back to dictatorship in ancient Greece.

3.) Research and prepare an oral report with visuals on an assigned topic. Include maps, charts, or drawings that will make your presentation clear and informative.
